Sara Morris Schock

Sara Schock began practicing law in 1996. In her practice, she enjoys fighting for hardworking individuals who have been needlessly injured or harmed by large interests such as insurance companies or corporations. Promoting justice and fairness both for injured individuals and groups of individuals through mass tort litigation constitutes the bulk of her practice. Mrs. Schock has also practiced in the areas of products liability, consumer finance litigation, estate administration and personal injury.
When she is not practicing law, Mrs. Schock enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and their three children, Kaitlyn, Julia, and Jack. The Schocks are big Golden Eagle fans and enjoy attending University of Southern Mississippi football and baseball games, boating and fishing.

Education & Bar Admissions

Sara Schock received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Alabama in 1996. She is admitted to practice law in Alabama and Mississippi state courts as well as federal courts, including the Mississippi Supreme Court, Alabama Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Mississippi, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Central District of Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mrs. Schock is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Attorney Schock is active in several professional associations and organizations including the Mississippi Bar Association (MB), Mississippi Association for Justice (MAJ), South Central Mississippi Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and the Alabama Bar Association.
